In a recent request to the American authorities Pakistani officials have demanded a detailed report on Dr. Aafia’s recent medical examination . This is a constructive step towards showing interest in the welfare of a Pakistani citizen illegally held by American agencies .

Apart from being on a Shameless self marketing spree the author is a Feature Editor (South Asia) at BEE magazine. BEE is a quarterly journal published in Britain, focusing on Asian Women.
